Tender Details

1. Subject of the order: Delivery of a mobile field. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters no worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves this in the offer, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 393 section 1 point 4) of the Act, which includes products, including software used in the equipment telecommunications networks originating from European Union Member States, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries against which, pursuant to decisions ...
