Detailed_Description : The RFB seeks to establish a multiple vendor, mandatory-use, enterprise-wide Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Mobile Devices and Services to support day-to-day government operations.The VOR will provide Mobile (including In-Building Wireless (IBW) Solutions), Paging, and Cellular IoT Devices and Services to OPS and non-OPS clients, on an “as and when requested” basis, across the Province of Ontario.

Scope of Work : Proponents are invited to submit Proposals in one, or more, of the following three (3) Streams: •Stream #1 - Mobile Devices and Services, and In-Building Wireless (IBW) Solutions•Stream #2 - Paging Devices and Services•Stream #3 - Cellular Internet of Things (IoT) Each Stream will be evaluated and awarded separately.The term of the agreement will be for a period of six (6) years, commencing upon the execution of the agreement, with options in favor of Supply Ontario to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional terms of two (2) years each.Supply Ontario is seeking to ensure uninterrupted goods and services to Ontario Public Service (OPS) Clients. The use of the VOR arrangement will be mandatory for OPS Clients and will also be open to Non-OPS Clients on an optional basis, as per the OPS Clients and Non-OPS Clients- definition in the Operational Guidelines for Use of Enterprise-wide Vendor of Record Arrangements and Volume Licensing Agreements by OPS Clients and Non-OPS Clients.
