We are asking for your offer for the data transmission service in accordance with this request for tender, which enables streaming and downloading of audio publications with a mobile connection in mainland Finland. The offered service is part of the audio publications we offer with public assistance listening service. In our customer communication and internally, we use the name Kuuntelukaista for the service. The end users of our service are visually impaired people living in mainland Finland, with an emphasis on people over 80 years old. The acquired data transfer service provides from the point of use of a continuous IP-based connection to the service points specified by the Subscriber in the public Internet network. The service is implemented with mobile connections. The service does not include other services connected to the telecommunication connection, such as e-mail or homepage. The service package includes mobile data connections with support and management services, as well as optional services that limit the use of the connection only to destination addresses specified by the subscriber in the public network (APN, company network, firewall). The subscriber separately acquires operator-free connection devices compatible with the service. The length of the contract period is 36 months. After the contract period, the subscriber has the right to extend the contract for 1-2 option periods, the combined maximum duration of which is 24 months.
