Tender Details

The city of Rauma is requesting bids for mobile scanning of the street network in the area of Rauma Lapland's site plan and for producing a terrain model based on it with sufficient accuracy for the planning of street and infrastructure construction. The current 1:2000 base map does not match the requirements of the future basic renovation planning, which is why new, high-level measurement data will be produced from the area. to ensure comprehensive and complete material. The street network to be mapped is approximately 18.5 km long (total driving distance approximately 37 km). The work includes terrain measurements, measurement quality assurance and further processing of the data. The material is identified and the geometry of streets and avenues, structures, infrastructure equipment and key vegetation sites are digitized. The measurement is tied to the ETRS-GK22 plane coordinate system and the N2000 height system using the reference points provided by the customer. a planning service package is delivered, which includes accurate terrain models, triangular networks, classified and colored point cloud data, Digitized Target Data and ortho and panoramic images in the file formats required by the customer. The data must be fully completed and approved and delivered to the customer's use by 11/13/2026 at the latest.
