Multidisciplinary mobile 4K endoscopic imaging columns Mobile 4K laparoscopy columns for general and digestive surgery departments, with 3D viewing mode The purpose of this contract is the supply, material installation and IT, commissioning, warranty and maintenance of mobile 4K video (operative) columns as well as associated medical devices, consumables and accessories. The contract also includes training and support for staff of the UCL Namur University Hospital and submission of the required documentation. The proposed solution is multidisciplinary and must be intended for use in all types of patients. It should in particular be able to be used for diagnostic interventions or following therapies: Gynecology -Laparoscopies: oHysterectomy oGesture at the level of the appendages (annexectomy, cystectomy, salpingectomy) oOncological surgery with sentinel lymph node identification oPelvic statics (promontofixation, etc.) -Hysterectopia : endometrial oresection ENT -Functional endoscopic sinus surgery: meatotomy, ethmoidectomy, frontotomy, sphenoidotomy -Resection of pituitary tumors by transsphenoidal route -Endoscopic surgery for base tumors skull -Dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) by endoscopic route -Rigid endoscopic exploration of the upper aerodigestives: nasopharynx, larynx, pharynx, trachea and esophagus -Laryngeal microsurgery, endocordectomies...
