The city of Lohja requests bids for the implementation of the Mäntynummi multi-functional building construction contract as a KVR contract in accordance with the spatial program and technical documents. The contract also includes the demolition of the previous facilities in accordance with the contract program, except for a part Linder's school and sports hall. The multi-purpose building houses a kindergarten, pre-school, a 1-6 year old and a 7-9 year old school, an afternoon club, youth facilities, a library and administration and school health care facilities. The multi-purpose building is sized for 600 students, 150 seats for the early childhood education unit and youth farm and for a library of approximately 500 m2. The multi-functional building should be ready in February 2029. Furnishing and commissioning will take place in spring 2029. As options, prices are asked for the design of loose furniture and of acquisition. Bidders must familiarize themselves with the object on site before making an offer. Tilakeskus organizes familiarization events on February 4, 2026 at 12 noon and on February 11, 2026 at noon.
