There is one in South Limburg coverage issue: an MMT cannot always be on site everywhere within the desired response time. National explorations therefore recommend the realization of a 24/7 ground-based MMT in Limburg. Maastricht UMC+ is the client for the MMT Limburg. The organization is managed by NAZL and is in line with national procedures, working methods and standards of MMT Netherlands. Two vehicles are provided for operational deployment, including a reserve vehicle, with the current objective of operational start August 2027. Maastricht UMC+ is holding this market consultation to consult market parties about the proposed purchase of MMT vehicles for South Limburg before the tender documents are finalized. The results are used to determine the technical and functional requirements, the scope, the contract form, the maintenance agreements, the planning and the tender strategy in accordance with the market and proportionally.
