Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 through the COB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-five million five hundred sixty-five thousand nine hundred seventy-six and 74/100 ONLY (₱ 35, 565, 976.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for M'lang Airport Development Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 now invites bids for Supply of Labor and Materials for the M'lang Airport Development Project. Completion of the Works is required within 225 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
