Under basic ordering agreement(s) (boa) n00174-16-g-0001, naval surface warfare center, indian head explosive ordnance disposal technology division (nswc iheodtd), indian head maryland, intends to issue a delivery order on a competitive basis to bae systems land & armaments l.p., armaments system division, louisville, ky 40124-2683 and/or drs technologies (formely oto melara na), johnstown, pa 15904-7224.
The contractor(s) shall supply spare parts to naval surface warfare center (nswc) indian head division, picatinny detachment. In accordance with the technical instructions, the items in table 1 and table 2 will be supplied (see attachment).
Bae systems land & armaments l.p. And drs, are the only known companies with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to deliver and perform this work within the required time frame. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under authority far 6.302.
