Description of the service: The Culture Service promotes the mixed contract of supply and services for the manufacture, supply, assembly and disassembly of the scenographic and decorative elements of three royal floats for the Cavalcada de Reis de Parets del Vallès. The first annual fee includes the adaptation and technical development of the municipal designs, the manufacture and supply of scenographic and decorative elements and their assembly and disassembly, as well as the rental of three groups generators The subsequent annuities include the review, restoration and repair of the reusable elements, their assembly and disassembly and the rental of the generating sets. In all annuities, the technical requirements must be met and contributed the corresponding certifications in accordance with the PPTP. The scenographic and decorative elements manufactured will become the property of the City Council, with the exception of generator sets subject to rent. The designs, technical characteristics and conditions of execution are those established in the PPTP.
