Mixed procurement of the supply, through leasing, without purchase option, of a digital platform specialized in the management of municipal food security, which together with its coding, appears in section C) of the table of Characteristics Annex (Annex 1). The object of the contract includes the following services: • The supply, under lease, of a digital platform with a license to use that allows the application of the inspection protocol developed by the Agency of Public Health Of Barcelona (Aspb) For The Implementation Of Food Safety Inspections At Retail Food Establishments In Barberà Del Vallès. • As services associated with the supply, the integration of the digital signature Biometrics, as well as Technical Support Services and Platform Maintenance. • The Right of Access and Use of the Digital Platform by the City Council Throughout the Term of the Contract. The division into lots of the object of this is not foreseen Contracting For Reasons Justified in the Reasoned Technical Report, In Accordance With What Stipulates in Art. 99.3 Of the Lcsp And That Established Aldecree-Law 3/2025, Of March 4, By Which Urgent Measures Are Adopted Regarding Public Procurement. in Tender I Execution of the Contract In addition to the applicable legal regulations, the set of particular administrative clauses and the set of technical prescriptions (Ppt) will govern (Annex 2).
