Mixed framework agreement for work linked to renovation, redevelopment and maintenance operations in the fields of painting and floor covering for the CNRS research or service units of the Ile de France Delegation Gif sur Yvette.
Purpose: This is a single-award mixed framework agreement in application of articles L2125-1, R2162-2 and R2162-3 of the public procurement code, executed as follows: - Either as and when required by the issuance of purchase orders for recurring services referenced in the BPU, when the framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations and according to the conditions set out in articles R2162-5, R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code; - Either by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, for one-off services not referenced in the BPU, when the framework agreement does not establish all the contractual stipulations and in accordance with articles R2162-5 to R2162-9 of the public procurement code, - Or by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, incorporating recurring services referenced in the BPU and one-off services for no references in the BPU
