Command group between the City of Thionville (coordinator), its CCAS and the City of Yutz. Mixed framework agreement for structural work to be carried out in the buildings of members of the group. The framework agreement is awarded to several operators economical (3 maximum). Execution by subsequent contracts and purchase orders (according to the round-robin method) under the conditions of the specifications (CCAP).
