Mixed contract for services and maintenance work for municipal thermal installations (SARA). Expt. 22/26-C. The purpose of this mixed service and work contract is the maintenance of all the facilities. thermal properties included in the municipal buildings of the Sagunto City Council listed as a base inventory in section 6.1 Annex I of the Technical Prescription Document (PPT). The base inventory of facilities in Annex I of the PPT has no exclusive, because it is possible that some properties may be deregistered or others added during the term of the contract, which will be communicated by the City Council to the winning company. Therefore, the winning company will be obliged to maintain all actually existing municipal facilities, including new facilities due to possible additions, and also to stop carrying out maintenance on those facilities that are removed from the inventory, during the validity of the contract. In addition to the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the facilities, it will also be the object of the contract to carry out renovation and expansion actions of the thermal installations included in the scope of this contract.
