Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government-s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three qualified small business dealers or suppliers of UTV-s, whose primary commerical business is the sale of UTV's. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov.
In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a pre-solicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1.
