The services covered by this contract are those which result from the variation for the Fréjus tunnel of the functions devolved to the security agent as set out in European Directive 2004/54/EC published by the European Parliament on April 29, 2004, supplemented by the possible function of road safety inspection created by European Directives 2008/96/CE and 2019/1936/CE of November 19, 2008 and October 23, 2019: In this context, the missions entrusted to the safety agent under the This contract is divided between: - a mission appropriation phase - annual general mission on the Fréjus tunnel corresponding to the majority of safety functions; - one-off or intermittent missions corresponding to reports or notice on a case-by-case basis as well as initially unannounced working days, and working meetings (other than participation in IGCs and SCs). The consultation will result in a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders with the setting of a minimum annual amount of 50, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code
