The present market of Intellectual services aims a coordination mission in terms of safety and protection of workers 'health as part of the work related to the renovation of waterproofing and the thermal improvement of the roofs of the Opera Bastille.l' Opera Bastille, designed by architect Carlos Ott, was delivered in 1989 and was labeled "xth century Heritage".
