Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. A public service concession contract (CSP) for the operation of the STAR network took effect on January 1, 2026 for a period of 7 years (2026-2032) between Rennes Métropole and its concessionaire, Keolis Rennes Métropole. This agreement provides for the implementation of a quality of service policy which requires the carrying out of controls to assess the quality of service produced. on the STAR network. The quality approach provides for three types of quality measurements: - indicators are measured via contradictory controls carried out by Rennes Métropole and its operator, - indicators are measured via data from the STAR network information systems, - other indicators are measured by mystery customer surveys. The holder of this contract will be responsible for these investigations.
