Description

This is Competition Announcement for a delivery order (DO) to be issued under the Training Systems Contract IV (TSC IV) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This DO will be procured per the authority under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) initially issued a Sources Sought on 18 December 2019 to Training Systems Contract (TSC) IV Award Holders, for the development, design, fabrication, installation, test, and delivery of MBT Modifications to incorporate UUV & UISS training capability.

NAWCTSD has finalized the acquisition strategy for this effort and consequently the effort will be set-aside for small business under the TSC IV IDIQ MAC.

Due to COVID-19 there has been a slight delay with the program. The Government will not be conducting an actual Site Visit and instead intends to host a Virtual Industry Day. For planning purposes, the following events are expected to occur within the next 30 days:

In 3-4 weeks the Government will host a virtual walkthrough of the acquisition and provide to interested TSC IV IDIQ MAC small business contract holders the available Government Furnished Information (GFI).
