The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), through the Financial and Administrative Service - General Services Division (FAS-GSD) Procurement Management Section (PMS), invites all eligible and PhilGEPS-registered prospective bidders to quote the best offer for:

within the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting Four Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP426, 500.00), Small Value Procurement (SVP) as provided under Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
