The municipality of The Hague has the need to record consultations in a timely, correct and objective manner. The aim of this Assignment is to structurally have clear, consistent and high-quality minutes and reports. In addition it is essential that minute-taking products are delivered on time and that continuity and confidentiality are guaranteed throughout the entire Assignment. The Contractor will mainly attend physical meetings, supplemented with incidental digital ones meetings. The minute taker prepares the reports in various report formats and also produces action lists and decision lists that are directly applicable to the Client. The nature of the Assignment entails some specific features. Like this this often involves consultations with residents, entrepreneurs and institutions, where clear reporting is crucial. In addition, it sometimes concerns administrative or politically sensitive meetings, which requires care in formulation and handling of information is of the utmost importance.
