Tender are invited for Minor rehabilitation, includes mechanical, plumbing and electrical, interior and exterior painting. Roof replacement: install 30 year laminated - composition shingles. Install torch-on roll roofing. Tear off to the decking and include replacing any damaged decking ( up to 200 SF). Remove old tar paper and roofing felt. Haul off old shingles and debris to code legal dump. Install aluminium step flashing where any roof surface meets a gable end. Demolition bathroom window down to opening frame.
