Small replacements, adjustments, repairs and mechanical unblocking of gray water pipes for the entire portfolio of Thuispunt Gent, which contains approximately 10, 500 residential units. The portfolio consists of single and multi-family homes, low-, medium- and high-rise buildings. These are all spread out in Ghent. The works are carried out as much as possible in accordance with the items provided in the price list. This framework agreement is split into two lots: - Lot 1: North zone: expected number of calls 300 pieces/year - Lot 2: South zone: expected number of calls 300 pieces/year These quantities are only probable quantities and are not binding. Note: Thuispunt Gent has a separate framework contract for regular fecal unblocking. These works therefore do not fall under the current assignment.
