Description of the service: The object of this contract is the provision of auxiliary surveillance services to support the municipal device organized on the occasion of the passage of the TOUR OF FRANCE 2026 through the municipality of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. The service will consist of the provision of 3 coordinators and 50 auxiliaries of surveillance destined to collaborate in the tasks of control of access points, preventive surveillance, logistical support and control of the areas affected by the event, under the coordination of the operational Head of the municipal Guardia Urbana and the competent security forces.
