The Work comprises the civil and electrical redevelopment of the Minnedosa Beach Campground. To facilitate construction scheduling, the Work is divided into four (4) distinct execution packages..2 Base Bid Packages:.1 Package 1 (North Electrical): Overhead hydro service upgrade, pole removals, distribution panels, and 15A/30A pedestals in the North Campground (Oak, Sea, and Crow Bays)..2 Package 2 (RV Site Civil): Tree clearing, building demolition, earthworks with Owner-supplied clay, fifty (50) millimetres (mm) continuous-reel watermain installation, granular paving, and topsoil placement within the North Campground limits..3 Separate Price Packages: .1 Package 3 (South Electrical - Provisional): Electrical service upgrades, trenching, and installation of 15A, 30A, and 50A pedestals in the South Campground area..4 The project will be executed under a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by the enclosed Supplementary Conditions.
