The Minnedosa Community Complex is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the removal and replacement of exterior siding at the Minnedosa Community Complex located in Minnedosa, Manitoba.The contractor shall supply all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project, including:• Removal and proper disposal/salvage of existing siding• Inspection of exterior wall assembly• Preparation of surfaces for new siding installation• Installation of new siding system• Installation of all trims, corners, flashing, and finishing components• Sealing and weatherproofing as required• Site cleanup and removal of all construction debris including any related tipping fees• Replacement of five windows (Two in the “Pro shop” & Three on the west side of the “restaurant”)Contractors are responsible for ensuring all work meets applicable building standards.
