The scope of works would entail designs to tender stage of the accepted recommendations associated with agreed heating and cooling recommendations agreed with the City of Ballarat.- The dome main hall - slab heating provided by gas boilers within service store, boilers are at end of life, and there is currently no cooling- The call room - hydronic panel heaters, separate boiler to slab heating is nearing end of life and there is currently no cooling- Upstairs office space - whole FL used by one tenant, review current heating/ cooling for capacity and expected lifespan, can be single or multi-zoned- Retail - stand-alone requring review of heating and cooling within tenancy space
