Minibus delivery (1 pc.) 1. The subject of the proceedings is the award of a public contract for the supply of 1 minibus for the transport of at least 9 people with a driver for the State Fire Service in Olsztyn for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service in the province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The minibus for transporting people is purchased for the needs of the State Fire Service, with the possibility of being used during the evacuation process from danger zones and in situations of various types of crises (OLiOC). Detailed description the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e. in Annex No. 1 entitled "Description of the subject of the order", containing the minimum technical and operational requirements for the subject of the order and Annex No. 2 entitled "Contract template", specifying the details conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must also meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. When calculating the price for the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the SWZ, including its attachments containing a description of the subject of the order, until the Ordering Party accepts the subject of the order without any reservations. 4.
