We are conducting a preliminary collection of proposals for the search for a Mini PC (POS box) supplier for the "FORA" network. We are waiting for your commercial proposals according to the description below. Important: Please indicate the price in UAH, taking into account the current exchange rate on the date of submission of the proposal, noting relevant information in the comments. Provide answers to additional questions in the documents for the tender. The purchase will be made piece by piece. Estimated purchase by the end of the current year is 150 pcs. WE ARE CONSIDERING an alternative Technical characteristics of the Mini PC (POS box): 1) Processor — 4-core Intel Celeron Quad-Core with a clock frequency of at least 2.2 GHz or similar/better in terms of performance. 2) RAM — at least 8 GB. 3) Storage (SSD/ROM) — at least 240 GB. 4) Connection interfaces: USB — at least 6 of ports; RJ-12 — at least 1 port; Ethernet (RJ-45) — at least 1 port; COM (RS-232) — at least 1 port. Received proposals are reviewed and checked for compliance with the information according to the specified requirements by authorized persons of the company - the initiator of the request and tender expert. If errors, inaccuracies or inconsistencies are found in the submitted proposal, the supplier may not be allowed to participate in the bidding (reduction), if this stage is foreseen in the future. The company reserves the right to make changes to the technical task, in this case the participants are necessarily notified at the time of making changes, but in no case before the bidding (reduction), if this stage is foreseen in the future.
