The DSBN hereby invites Submissions from Millwork Contractors to create a prequalified list to provide bids on various Capital Projects. Only prequalified Millwork Contractors will be eligible to submit bids in accordance with the various Capital Projects.
This prequalification applies to a range of millwork projects, including those that may be bid directly to the DSBN by Millwork Contractors, as well as projects tendered to General Contractors where millwork will be subcontracted.
Millwork Contractors will be prequalified under the following categories:
Category A- Projects less than or equal to $100, 000
Category B- Projects estimated to be greater than $100, 001
The DSBN intends to create a list of up to three (3) Contractors for Category A and approximately six (6) Contractors for Category B, with the understanding that the numbers for Category A & B may be adjusted at the DSBN-s discretion.
The DSBN may pre-qualify Millwork Contractors for one or both categories based on the Contractor-s relevant experience, references provided and mandatory requirements. Each Category is reviewed and selected individually.
