Notice Details Work of this Contract generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
Reconstruction of Millennium Drive starting at the new pedestrian crossing west of
Shannex Drive and extending approximately 450 m southwest to the northern
entrance of Home Hardware;
Modifications to the storm sewer system along Millennium Drive;
Construction of new curb and gutter and a multi-use trail along the west side of
Millennium Drive;
Construction of a new pedestrian island at the Millennium/Market intersection; and,
Milling, paving and re-ditching of Market Street.
Tender offers shall be signed under seal, executed, dated, and received by Quispamsis
before 12:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 at Quispamsis Town Hall.
