This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of the Blue Mountains (the “Town”) to Prequalified Contractors and Subcontractors to submit bids for Mill Street Sewage Pump Station Upgrades as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The project includes upgrades to the Mill Street Sewage Pumping Station (SPS). The following is a general, but not necessarily complete description of the Works to be constructed under this Contract:
The Mill Street SPS Upgrades include site works such as:
Temporary By-Pass Pumping and Controls, isolating the existing facilities from the incoming Raw Sewage Flow.Coordination and supply of temporary power and phasing of the new works.Removal/Disposal of the existing electrical and mechanical equipment servicing the pumping station.General building refurbishment and renovationsConstruction of a pump station building extension attached to the existing building.Construction of a new wet well and expansion of the existing dry well.
