Milk and milk products - consultation of tender documents This applies to milk and milk products for production kitchens in Bergen municipality and associated partners. We ask for feedback on the proposed price form and price model. Consider whether this model will be appropriate and function as intended. If the model is not considered suitable, we ask for specific input on how the competition should be designed to ensure the best possible competition. It is also important that the chosen solution can be tested and followed up during the contract period. See the attached price form. Price model: List prices must be stated for all the supplier's products within the product group milk and milk products, with the exception of butter and cheese. The client has defined the following product categories: * milk * cream * yoghurt * acidified products * other dairy products The supplier must state discount rates for each of these categories. The contract price is determined as the list price minus the discount offered for the relevant category. The same list prices and discount rates must be used as a basis when filling in the price form, which is used to evaluate the offers. A similar price mechanism shall also apply to new products that are introduced during the agreement period. The client assumes that the supplier's overall range within the product group is made available in the agreement.
