Greetings, you need a military first aid kit No. 1 with a tourniquet and tamponade (16 items), military color for purchase: Military first aid kit No. 1 is a tactical medical kit designed to provide first aid in combat conditions according to TCCC/MARCH protocols. It includes means to stop critical bleeding, ensure patency of the respiratory tract, treat wounds and burns, as well as protect the victim from hypothermia. The first-aid kit is equipped with 16 items, including a tourniquet tourniquet with a metal collar, a tamponade bandage (Z-fold), a nasopharyngeal airway and an OpikUn gel wipe. It is intended for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, volunteers, rescuers and civilians who are in combat zones or emergency situations. All components are placed in the bottom with a Molle fastener for convenient wearing on equipment (body armor, RPS).
