The reconstruction of the sanitary facilities on the 1st and 2nd floors of the main building includes, within the construction part, the replacement of doors, the painting of door frames, the laying of new tiling and paving as well as repair of plaster and paintings on walls and ceilings. In the area of sanitary installation, the dismantling of old distribution systems and the installation of new water lines, sewerage and fixtures will take place. Central heating will undergo a complete change including new distribution and heating systems bodies. The electrical installation will be solved by dismantling the existing network and installing new cables of the CYKY type, including new lighting. This involves the modernization of the sanitary facilities on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor, the modernization of the sanitary facilities for staff and the replacement of the sewage connection sewage in the 1st floor.
