The Flemish Society for Social Housing (VMSW) is a Flemish public institution (NV of public law) within the Environment policy domain. It plays an important role in the financing of housing projects of initiators. This banking feature includes it providing financing, managing loans and current accounts, facilitating the payment process, providing the necessary funding to support these activities and the correct accounting and budgetary processing of the different flows. The VMSW is looking for a partner to migrate the current SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4 Hana and to include its maintenance. She is also looking for a suitable solution for managing loans and current accounts. For For both parts, the VMSW wants an integrated solution that includes the design and development of the application as well as its hosting. It is essential that the solutions chosen not only meet the functional and non-functional requirements, but also connect seamlessly with our infrastructure and are able to grow with future scalability needs.
