Contingency Fourteen Million Three Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Three Seventy-Three and 54/100 Pesos (PhP14, 384, 373.54)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Migration of Rolling Stock and Other Assets - Lot 1 (Through Early Procurement Activities Guidelines). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
