Description: BACKGROUNDThe Ministry of Health and Medical Services in Kiribati, has a National health Strategic Plan (NHSP) 2020-2023. This was developed in line with The Kiribati 20-Year Vision 2016-2036 (KV20) and Kiribati Development Plan (KDP) 2020-2023 through a series of in-country consultations and discussions. The Ministry wishes to have a mid term review (MTR) conducted, to inform the final year of the plan and guide consideration of the next NHSP. COVID-19 disruptions are expected to have considerably changed the context and implementation of the plan. PURPOSE/SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITYThe purpose of this APW is to undertake a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the National Health Strategic Plan (NHSP) 2020-2023. The MTR will assess performance against objectives and deliverables and the implementation of planned activities and outputs against actual results.
