a uhv chamber capable of depositing nbsn and nbti (n) by magnetron sputtering. Subsequently, the facility will be expanded by the possibility of thermal evaporation by knudsen cells. The actual enlargement is the responsibility of eth zurich and is not part of this tender. The cleanliness of the plant with water and oxygenthe new facility will be integrated into the mbe laboratory using a uhv tunnel, currently under construction at eth. The transfer of samples and the manipulator are based on the veeco design used in the mbe. This should ensure interoperability with epcs.
