Sealed bids for the Microsurfacing Project will be received by the City of Des Peres, City Clerk's Office, until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday May 5th, 2026. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Council Chambers, City Hall, 12325 Manchester Rd, Des Peres MO 63131. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project name, date, and time of opening clearly written on the envelope.The Scope of Work consists of the application of a microsurfacing wearing surface on the identified streets, followed by the reinstallation of pavement markings on certain strees. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. The cities of Des Peres, Ladue, Richmond Heights, and Webster Groves are bidding their projects together in order to obtain better pricing. Our goal is to add more cities to this cooperative process in future years. Four separate contracts (one with each city) will be awarded to the best combined overall bid
