This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”), the Township of Selwyn, Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan, the Township of North Kawartha, and the Township of Douro-Dummer (the “Townships / Municipalities”) for the provision of Microsurfacing on various roads within the County of Peterborough.
The successful Bidder for this RFT will enter into separate agreements for Microsurfacing Services with each of the participating Townships/Municipalities. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically it is to be understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to each of the participating Townships/Municipalities.
All work must be completed no later than Wednesday, September 30th, 2026.
