Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: 1.1. renewal and purchase, for the duration of the contract, of Microsoft software subscription licenses held by the Ordering Party and Software Assurance for perpetual Microsoft licenses held by the Ordering Party, listed in Annex 1 to Prodrafted provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) referred to as the "Initial Statement", as part of the Microsoft licensing program; 1.2. purchase, for the duration of the contract, of a support service providing a full range of technical assistance in both reactive support and proactive serviceshelping to implement Microsoft technologies. 2. If, as a result of the procedure, an offer with licenses for equivalent products from a manufacturer other than Microsoft is selected, on terms and conditions consistent with the requirements specified in the SWZ and in Annex 4 to the SWZ, then the provisions of the contract regardingrelating to the license, will be appropriately changed before concluding the contract, i.e. entered in the Details of the Contractor's offer form.
