Microsoft licenses from the importer The supplier is a provider of cloud services and a reseller of public cloud services. The procurement objects are the rental of various SPLA MS Windows licenses from the importer for Riigipilve virtual servers, in which case the supplier reports monthly the use of licenses in the importer's portal, and the purchase of various Microsoft licenses. RIT organizes public procurement as a voluntary central public procurement, the personal scope of which includes all located in the Republic of Estonia: 1) government institutions and those managed by them institutions; 2) constitutional institutions and the agencies managed by them; 3) local governments and their managed institutions, including foundations, companies; 4) public legal entities established on the basis of the law; 5) riigi poolt või riigi osalusel founded, including foundations, NGOs, companies. The mentioned institutions have the right to order services on the basis of the contract from the conclusion of the corresponding agreement with RIT.
