PKP Intercity Remtrak Sp. z o. o., kindly requests you to submit an offer for the purchase of a Microsoft License with an Enterprise Agreement for 3 years. First stage - submitting offers. We assume two stages of the procedure. Procedure criteria: · Price - 100%. Licenses - list in the annex to the procedure. We do not allow partial offers. Failure to submit an offer by the company in round 1 automatically excludes the company from submitting an offer in round 2. We require the submission of an offer in each round of the procedure in as an attachment in a PDF file. with signatures of authorized persons (in accordance with the list in the attachment) and submitting an offer in the Purchasing Platform form. We reserve the right to reject offers that do not meet all the requirements, guidelines Ordering Party. Additionally, we require: - activation of the license and payment after the expiry of the current licenses in the next calendar year - statement in a PDF file.
