1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: (1) standard software subscription packages referred to in points 1-2; 7-15 in Table No. 1 in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"), prepared in the proceedings, published on the purchasing platform available at https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl; (2) standard software with licenses and upgrade rights and Software Assurance; as part of the Manufacturer's three-year group license program referred to in points 3-6 in Table No. 1 in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed method and conditions execution of the order is included in Annex No. 1 and 2 to the SWZ. Supplementing the Microsoft license under the Enterprise Agreement 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of: (1) standard software subscription packages referred to in points 1-2; 7-15 in Table No. 1 in Annex No. 1 to the Specification Terms and Conditions of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"), prepared in the proceedings, published on the purchasing platform available at https://pkpintercity.eb2b.com.pl; (2) standard software with licenses and upgrade rights and Software Assurance; as part of a three-year program Manufacturer's group licenses referred to in points 3-6 in Table No. 1 in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed method and conditions of contract execution are included in Annex No. 1 and 2 to the SWZ.
