The subject of this framework agreement is the delivery of Microsoft licenses and services from the Campus Agreement (see attachments to the framework agreement "Campus and School Agreement" including amendments) or an equivalent scope of services from the conclusion of the framework agreement for the purpose of continuationexisting system environments, supplementing existing licenses and procuring similar licenses, for the Republic of Austria (federal government), Bundesbesourcing GmbH and all other clients according to the customer list enclosed with the tender documents, provided that they are the respective officesof the state governments of the 9 federal states and the school-maintaining municipalities, as well as organizations that are named in Appendix A of the CASA, are all represented in the award process by the Federal Procurement GmbH.
