Description : Provide on-going support, maintenance and small enhancements professional services to Mitacs-s Microsoft Dynamics D365 instance (Finance, Operations and Project Management modules) Mitacs uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 as CRM (Marketing, Sales and Customer Services modules) as well as ERP (Finance, Operations and Project Management modules) Mitacs also extracts data from both ERP and CRM, and our in-house Grants Application ERP (MOL - Mitacs Online) into different data marts and uses Microsoft Power BI and/or Jet Reports (Insightsoftware) for reporting purposes CRM and ERP are segregated and currently there are two different vendors supporting day to day operations and small enhancements This RFP is aiming to replace the current vendor supporting the ERP portion only, however it-s desirable to have a vendor capable of absorbing future initiatives covering the entire D365 suite
