Microsoft products are used within the office automation of the contracting authority and the organizations that are affiliated with it as standard for information management. There is currently no agreement with Microsoft. The licenses are now purchased on a monthly basis from a Microsoft Direct CSP. The contracting authority starts this tender to conclude a new agreement in accordance with the GT Framework that agreed between the VNG and Microsoft at the end of 2022. The assignment will be given the form of a framework agreement with one market party. The framework agreement has an initial term of 3 years, and starts on 6 February 2024. The Client has the option to extend the framework agreement twice for the duration of 1 year under the same conditions. If use is made of extension, the client will indicate this 3 months in advance. In view of the fact that the contracting authority wants to retain the possibility to place the Microsoft 365 licenses under this framework agreement, the total estimate is estimated at € 3, 000, 000 in 5 years.
