The object of the procurement is the production of Microsoft 365 expert services for the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom as a complete service. In the overall service, the supplier is responsible for producing the service and achieving the goals set for the service. I initiate as the support needs develop, they become more specific and change, so the service provider is expected to be able to respond to changing needs. Estimated scope of procurement the contract period has 1-2 personal work years per year. The need for services may vary during the contract period and the service must be scaled according to the Subscriber's needs either up or down The contract period is 5 years and it is possible to extend the contract for two (2) during the one (1) year option period. The subscriber decides separately on using the options.
