This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 8 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The acquisition strategy will be a Small Business set-aside to best meet the needs of the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation number 36C26226Q1361 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04.
(iv) This is set-aside for small businesses. This will be a firm fixed price award, provisions associated with this procurement; NAICS code 339112 and small business size standard is 1, 000 employees.
(v) The technical specifications are listed as brand name or equal (FAR 52.211-6 is applicable). For equal items, please include technical specifications of the ultrasound systems and components.
